A thoughtful and highly respected voice in Oregon wine, Gina brings both precision and curiosity to her work, along with a belief that great wine should reflect place and intention.
As the Director of Winemaking and Viticulture at Adelsheim Vineyard in the Willamette Valley, Gina has spent nearly two decades shaping wines known for their elegance, structure, and sense of place. Her path to winemaking began with a degree in chemistry from Reed College and a career in semiconductor engineering before she returned to Oregon to pursue a life rooted in wine and agriculture.
At McCollum Family Vineyard, Gina’s dedication, talent and deep understanding of viticulture are at the heart of every vintage we make. A wonderful educator, she is generous with her knowledge and always eager to share the “why” behind her process.
Natalie oversees consumer sales for McCollum Family Vineyard, though at a growing wine company, that often means wearing many hats and helping bring the brand to life across countless touchpoints. With a deep appreciation for hospitality, storytelling, and thoughtful experiences, she is especially passionate about creating memorable connections between the wines and the people who enjoy them.
Prior to joining McCollum Family Vineyard, Natalie worked with both family-owned wineries and larger wine groups throughout Sonoma County and Oregon’s Willamette Valley, experiences that each shaped her perspective on hospitality, wine, and brand building in unique ways.
Originally from sunny Southern California, Natalie felt drawn to the Pacific Northwest and eventually found her home in Oregon. Her love for intentional details and elevated experiences helps shape the feeling behind the McCollum Family Vineyard brand as it enters this exciting new chapter.
As the team works on several special projects for the future, Natalie is thrilled to help share them with the world. Outside of wine, she’s happiest with a glass of bubbles in hand and anything involving potatoes on the table.
Ryan oversees national sales for the McCollum Family Vineyard portfolio of brands, bringing with him years of experience in Oregon wine and a deep appreciation for the relationships that shape the industry. Prior to joining the McCollum Family Vineyard team, Ryan held roles with several respected Oregon wineries, building strong connections across markets throughout the country.
A true Pacific Northwest native, Ryan grew up in Camas, Washington, though life has taken him around the world, including time spent living in Italy, an experience that left such an impression that even his two Bernedoodles carry names inspired by it.
Today, Ryan spends more time on the road than at home, traveling market to market sharing the story behind the McCollum Family Vineyard brands and building relationships with partners across the country. Known for his warmth, humor, and effortless ability to connect with people, Ryan brings both passion and personality to every table he hosts.
